Hello Neighbors,
Since our first neighborhood meeting, a small group has been working hard to come up with by-laws and a structure for our Neighborhood Association. We would now like to meet to accept your feedback, decide together on a community name, and ratify the bylaws. All neighborhood residents are welcome and encouraged to participate. We look forward to seeing everyone there!
We plan to meet on February 6th, 2023, at Think Tank Brew Lab (101 Airport Road, 29607 — click for a map), at 6:30pm.
There is also a Zoom Meeting (click here to join) scheduled for the same where you can participate and we will be streaming the in-person meeting.
The current agenda includes these items for discussion:
- Vote to ratify by-laws.
- Vote on Community Name.
- Vote on Neighborhood Association Organizers.
