East Lynne Neighborhood Association

Our Purpose

East Lynne Neighborhood Association is a group of volunteer neighborhood residents dedicated to serving our community. ELNA is devoted to fostering open communication within our neighborhood. Our goal is to empower neighborhood residents by providing important information related to our neighborhood’s growth. By acting as a communication bridge, we strive to facilitate discussions between our residents and various stakeholders like local officials in both the city and the county of Greenville, developers, businesses, and any other parties involved in activities within our area. It is important to note that we are not an HOA. We don’t hold any authoritative power whatsoever over our members or residents. ELNA’s purpose is to promoting open dialogue for the benefit of our community.

All residents within the ELNA neighborhood boundaries automatically qualify for “membership” by virtue of residency. Registration is encouraged for all neighbors but not necessary for membership or participation. All residents are encouraged to stay informed and participate as they see fit and on issues of their choosing.

Any neighbors who would like to volunteer and be part of our young organization please contact us here. Your help would be greatly appreciated!
