East Lynne Neighborhood Association
Our Purpose
All residents within the ELNA neighborhood boundaries automatically qualify for “membership” by virtue of residency. Registration is encouraged for all neighbors but not necessary for membership or participation. All residents are encouraged to stay informed and participate as they see fit and on issues of their choosing.
Any neighbors who would like to volunteer and be part of our young organization please contact us here. Your help would be greatly appreciated!
Our neighborhood is defined by the following boundaries:
Bordered by:
Laurens Road, Airport Road, and the confluence of Industrial Drive and Commercial Drive.
Incorporates the following streets:
Sycamore Drive, Lindsay Avenue, Boland Street, Ridgeway Avenue, Aniwetauk Street, Simmons Avenue, Ridgeway Drive, Ridge Knoll Circle, Eastwood Court, Travis Street, Utica Street, and residences situated on the boundary roads.
Membership:
If you are an adult living within or owning property in the defined geographical limits, we warmly invite you to be part of our association. Your voluntary participation can help shape our community’s future.
Structure:
- Every year our association elects an Organizer, a dedicated member responsible for pivotal communication and organization tasks.
- We also have an Organizing Committee comprised of selfless volunteers who support the Organizer in their endeavors.
- Becoming a part of our association does not require any dues or obligations. Yet, we value and appreciate the involvement of our community members.
Current ELNA Organizer:
Mike Austin
Current ELNA Organizing Committee Members:

Meetings:
For a collaborative approach to community matters, we conduct association meetings as and when required. Typically, these are held on the first Monday of a month at 6:30 PM. We ensure that the venue is communicated to members at least a week prior, and the meeting itself is announced two weeks in advance.
Join us in building a community where every voice matters, and every neighbor is heard.
