A Win for Neighborhood Zoning
Thanks to lobbying on the part of our volunteers in the Organizing Committee, two plots currently designated IX in the draft zoning code will instead be RNX-C, mixed use residential. We will want to continue to keep up pressure to ensure this change makes it through to the final code, so as many voices as possible at all coming hearings and council meetings will be helpful.
